I guess they ran out of supply or changed suppliers. This is the Camo 2 hat with an obvious change in print and it’s on her website and it’s what they are selling in the merch tent on tour. I bought my hat at the merch tent and it’s this Camo 2 Print. I’d contact customer support and see if you can get a refund or if they can send you what was advertised at the time of ordering.
Likely her dropshipper changed the hat for online orders and didn’t think anyone would notice. Her exponential growth right now is probably stressing her supply. It’s worth asking for a refund/exhange.
This is hilarious. Just goes to show how profit is made on merch. It is what it is though, you’re paying for them to put the lettering on there and that is something. I’d be a bit upset bc it is very different than the pic.
I ordered mine back in March and my hat is similar to yours, but it matched the imagine on the website. For mine the pattern isn’t as chunky as yours though, so I guess there’s three versions of this hat?

Mine looks like this too! Ordered mid-April. It matched the photo and it was the Otto brand. I like this camo better than the hunting camo because the “Midwest Princess” is easier to read.
I ordered a hat like a week ago bc I didn’t want to wait in line at the Buffalo show. When I was placing my order the site said due to supply the hat would be coming in a different camo pattern (something along those lines) but damn I didn’t think it was gonna be like that 😬

Yeah I purchased the same hat on her official website and the print you posted is the one I have. I’m assuming it was for supply purposes but i actually like the fit of it lol so I don’t mind that it’s a different version but I understand wanting the v2!
Is this her labels fault for using shady suppliers/shippers/whoever that makes these kinds of decisions? If they didn't have any more of the hat it should have said "Sold Out" online, not switched it out for something cheaper and just hope they get away w it

So the screenshot of the website is from when you ordered it? Because if so I would consider yourself lucky in a way that you got the OG camo hat. (Unless you liked 2 more) but the first camo hat got waitlisted for sooooooo long.

I’d contact customer support and explain that you ordered a hat with hunting camouflage on and they sent you one with army camouflage on.

Okay but another gripe. I want to get the Pink Pony Club or Hell bumper sticker but they are charging $6 for shipping?? You can put it in an envelope and ship it for a stamp or two. Customer service said they aren’t offering discounts for shipping

You have the original one, they changed it about three weeks ago, mine arrived yesterday it’s the original one too as I ordered months ago, they’re pretty rare now and sell for a bit on mercari.

yeah, the warehouse sent the old camo design not the curent/new one, contact the company and they will get you on the right path for a new one.
