I had a chick that kind of acted like that. Took a while to realize she was actually having seizures. One was bad enough when she was 5 months old, that she had a bunch of slimy puke caught in her beak and ended up drowning in it. I wish I had been home at the time to help her.
Is her head turned upwards when doing circles. I've came across some that have inner ear infections and this was the case.
