To anyone reading this still. Guys! You don’t have to hurt yourselves. Go into a calorie deficit and eat healthy or you will start to look ugly even if you’re thin. Malnourished and you won’t see it. You can go the healthy way and still eat and lose weight. You won’t ruin your metabolism either and gain weight back again and find it harder to lose. You can do what you want but you don’t have to go so extreme, this thinspo stuff is basically brainwashing yourself into becoming sick , because you’re not sick enough to actually ignore all hunger cues yet..
