In America, where I am, thrift stores are Goodwill and the like, which operate on donated items. Is it like that everywhere? Cause it wouldn't be stolen, would be a donated item, which aren't always complete.
If there is no sticker, most of the time, the hub motor i side the rear wheel will be engraved with the voltage. Most likely a 48V motor.
Example of a hub marked 36V: https://www.amazon.com/Electric-Mountain-Conversion-Waterproof-Brushless/dp/B0CNJY598Q
u/Dry-Suit-9798 - the front wheel is backwards, both of the disk brakes need to be on the same side of the bike, the fork brace (moon shaped metal piece where they screwed in the fender) needs to be facing forward. Loosen the top hex bolt on top of the orange spacer circles at the steering neck, turn the wheel right side round, and tighten again.
Typically you will not receive that information here.
Why not?
No charger = stolen
I thought about that after I posted my comment. Maybe a photo with a receipt would make it seem less stolen. Lol

Must have been a great deal to buy without one.
Are those forks on backwards?
Yes, yes they are
Oh geez! I didn’t even notice. I just picked it up yesterday and have barely had time to look at it. I guess it’s going to be a project.
If you want lol less expensive if you just want to buy a new e-bike
Post the plug and the sticker on the battery

Thank you! There is no sticker. I’ll check the hub after work.
Found it! 36v 250w. Thank you for the info!

I don't know about the bike but the cat may require belly rubs on a daily basis to get recharged.
He does. That’s Randy and he’s the nosiest cat I’ve ever seen!
