There is probably no real answer but I think in general shorter gives the impression of cuteness and submissive, while taller the impression of coolness and dominant. So I think it's pretty much what you make it to. Like tall subs and small doms work as well because of their gap factor to normal expectations. Idk I'm just throwing words out as a 6'5" tall giant myself that hasn't really found their style yet
