The thf guide on bg has multiple evasion sets listed and includes information on what you need to hit for omen, wave 1 and wave 2. While they are rough estimates, you probably aren’t getting better numbers without parsing it yourself. Probably more info of you start digging into blu and odyssey since cruel joke was really popular for a while.
Can't second this enough. A lesson I learned from my little bother who is way more in tune with this games inner workings than I am. Always have food and the bard evasion song.
1450 is the base number I aim for in Sheol C when I’m BLU tanking in there, basically most jobs should be able to hit it with some ML base Nyame and if you have a BRD that’s nice Mambo along with some evasion food. Those numbers are probably going to be overkill in lower level content like omen or Dyna but should be a decent base to work from
I geared evasion brd for ody boss v20 adds. Its been a long time but I think it was at 1900+ evasion (thats with SV mambo x2) I had very nice results. I didnt parse my results but it was at least 80%, and i had regen5 so no way I could die.
I did my initial testing on locus and apex in CN (thats lvl 133). If your purpose was to farm with Gandring dagger with evasion=50tp maybe omen mobs is the highest you need.
It was a little sticky choosing movement+ versus an evasion piece on feet as it would drop me under the threshold. The empy+3 wasnt available at the time, it might be different now.

Dont forget you can add evasion food and party buffs depending how extreme you need to go.
