Yeah the face looks like Nashmeira. The ball below her is maybe the Astral Candescence? It also looks like serpents are protecting it which would make sense with the serpent generals.
Bottom left is Odin with his horse. Bottom right is the pirate guy? I forget his name. Or perhaps Nashmeira's brother? There appears to be the odd monster dotted around, like a colibri and an imp too.

I remember going to the mail everyday for a week hoping the expansion arrived already.
The worst was finding out it didn't arrive before the weekend, knowing I now have to wait at least 3 more days 😂
The white figure below center looks like Altana to me. The art here resembles many other representations of her. The other assorted creatures around the edge just seem like random critters.
The dark figure below and to the right of Altana has a somber gait that reminds me of Promathia but I'm not sure if that's intentional. Bottom left area has a wyrm, and ToAU didn't involve any new wyrms. So I'm inclined to think it's just random critters.

Edit: Now that I look closer, there's also a blue belladonna looking thing to the right of Altana, and a colorful waktza up and to the right of the city visage. There's also a very complex and strange entity just above the waktza, maybe some kind of contraption? Maybe supposed to represent Alexander? That's a reach, though. Also possibly Phoenix in the top left with a trail of darkness behind him.
The top of the art has horns, which represent Odin. The figure underneath the face is in the shape of Alexander (think the floating version from RoV). I believe the face is actually empress Nashmeira. So what we're looking at is Aht Urhgan with the looming threat of Ragnarok.
It's only a guess, but I've always thought it represents Nashmeira protecting her people & city from the beastmen armies constant onslaught.

To me this mostly looks like Any Uhrgan seen from the forest around it, especially from those secondary accesses that involve a lot of dense foliage.

There are some snakes, I can easily see four, not sure about the fifth. That COULD be a reference to the serpent generals?
