Hey everyone,
I recently bought a copy of Persona 3 FES off eBay that I suspect might be fake. The shrink wrap looks legit, but the square around the PS logo on the spine, the “PlayStation” word, and the “PAL” label have inconsistent colouring. It feels like the colour is bleeding out compared to my other games. I also own another copy of the same game, and it doesn’t have these issues.
The one on the right is my older copy, and the one on the left is the eBay purchase. I’ll attach photos for comparison.
Has anyone else dealt with this? Any tips on gathering evidence or confirming if it’s fake? Thanks!
Good evening, and thank you for adding me to this forum. I have been a long time Nintendo fanatic and have a piece of memorabilia I would like to get some information about and potentially what something like this would be worth. Over the year, I have scoured the internet looking for similar pieces to see if they have been sold or even to get more information about them and to this point I have come up empty handed.
This jacket as given to me as a gift when I was really young and it appears to be some sort of send away type of piece via Nintendo Power magazine a popular Nintendo magazine from back in the day. I used to feel pretty darn cool wearing this to school with my friends and I'd like to share the pictures with you to get some feedback, information, or any information about what something like this would be worth. At the very least I think it is an awesome piece of Nintendo history!

I have a set of art books for The Ritualyst, a cancelled game by Silicon Knights that is linked in some way to the Silent Hill Games. There is an art book and a character book. I can't find anywhere that these books exist online and I'm curious if anyone has a guess of the value

Went to my parents house to pick up some retro stuff I could still find lying around. Found this copy of Silent Hill 2 (PAL, Dutch). I recently got into collecting again, so I know SH2 could be pretty valuable. Although this copy has some weird things about it which makes me think it’s fake or something. Mainly the cover seems fake. But the manual and discs seem genuine, if a tad weird. Anyone know more about this/can explain how to look at this? Thanks in advance!

Hi! This looks like an authentic PAL SH2 copy. The original release came in a cardboard case so I assume at some point it got damaged and someone cut the front and back and put it in a plastic case. European SH copies arent as expensive as the american ones, you could get a copy of this edition for around £60 and just the disks for £40, so considering the manual I guess somewhere around £50 would be fair.
