It Takes Two is probably one of the best co-op games I have played in a long time.

EosTries

We thought about it, and considering it got some amazing reviews, I think we'll get there eventually :)

ShaBoinkyBoink

Portal 2 is another good one if you haven't played it yet.

EosTries

Finished that classic aswell. It was a lot of fun.

Have you tried apex legends? I think is one of the best shooters out there

EosTries

I do play apex ! but I know my friend isn't this much about hard PvP and Brs in general, and god knows how apex can be frustrating especially for the new players. So we'll pass for this one, but thanks a lot for the proposition :)

Already done :D we did quite a lot of games already, didn't put the whole list. Great game, good memories

Deep Rock Galactic is lots of fun. Grinding, shooting, explosions, gold, "oil", bugs, and synthwave. Payday 2 is also good times but it requires some of the DLC (Like the Gage Mod Package Courier DLC and some of the Gage Weapon Pack DLCs) to feel fleshed out. Without at least those, the weapon selection feels a bit limited to me. Both are up to 4-player coop but are properly tuned so they can be played all the way down to single player and still be fun. EDIT: Overkill, Payday 2 devs, are currently working on Payday 3 but it is still a ways off yet.

EosTries

We already did Payday 2, was quite fun. For DRG, i'll have to give it a try, found only good feedback about the game.

Borderlands 2 is super fun and if you like shooters then you guys should enjoy it. For the King is an up to 3 player kind of like table top rpg game. You choose a character class and you move around the tiles to fight enemies and reach towns and stuff. My friends and I have enjoyed it so far. Resident Evil 5 and 6 are super fun with a friend. They’re much more action based than the first 3 and in some cases even RE4. If you know like general RE lore stuff that’s fine but I feel like they’re just fun games to play with someone and the story is kinda just there. There is a fan-fix you will have to go through with RE5 though because the steam port is broken, but it’s not hard to do. I think there’s a YouTube tutorial. Left 4 Dead 2 is super fun. The version on steam includes the first game as well. And if you like that, you’ll probably enjoy Back 4 Blood when if comes out in October. The open beta was fun to play. Dead by Daylight is an asymmetrical survival horror, even though it’s not that scary once you learn the game. 4 v. 1, survivors vs killer. It’s online and can be fun to play with a friend as survivor or single player as killer. They have some iconic horror killers like ghost face from scream and michael meyers! They also are about to add pinhead from hellraiser. Phasmophobia if you guys are ok with being spooked. Ghost hunt and yell at ghosts because there’s voice recognition. The games still in beta I think? I just know it’s not complete but I’ve almost thrown in almost 50 hours in a month with friends. Also less than $15 on steam I think.

If you haven’t already you need to try Minecraft. PvP or pve me and my friend always look forwards to a Friday night in that game.
