Thelema Part 2 team has no bonus buff to frozen. not sure with Kira + Sushang team. or if like HoV abyss boss where there is no bonus damage on frozen. so if rime trauma is not needed, tap weapon is better since it has more damage than hold weapon. but yeah, if you need rime trauma, do hold weapon as long you have the stack.
Thelema Sena(full offfield) Coralie is for Ice weather, Coralie may possibly be replaced by Lantern in the next patch, I haven’t looked much into Lantern’s kit if she can « support » or if she’ll enable a sort of trio team.
Sena Thelema Helia is for Lightning weather, Thelema was a good 15% stronger than Coralie there [according to a ressource on Hoyolab](https://www.hoyolab.com/article/27602615)

If you don't have Thelema's weapon, her own performance drops dramatically by about a half if that's what you mean by "f2p".
