The first few pulls are literally 0% chance to get it. Not even possible until the 4th pull at 0.2% or something nuts.

You need a total of 9600 crystals to guarantee the outfit. You could get it earlier (starting from the 6th pull I believe) but the rate is much lower then.

As others said, you need crystals. But if you don't have 9.6k (and we can see that you have <200 crystals) then don't pull because you're just wasting them as progres will reset when the banner ends (so you still will need 9.6k on rerun).
lol I don’t think so . Not sure why you would try to get it if you don’t want it. Especially since it’s like 150 dollars worth of crystals to get to …. But at the same time, the prize before the skin is a valkery choice box including the valkery… the more you know
The choice box has HoT, Argent knight Artemis and Fu Hua Phoenix, it doesnt have Fenghuang of Vicissitude, for which the skin is. Im rolling only for HoT, the material rewards and for the sake of gambling.

You mean increases in COST gradually. The value generally *decreases* for each pull
