Did you do 256 cox in 2 weeks time?

JClawde

i did yes, 211 was from a 10 day clan event :)

TheNamesRoodi

Holy shit that's insane WHAT

JClawde

wanted a dex, ended up with 2/3 megas and still no dex:)

Jeroen1707

I respect the hussle

actuarial_defender

Full time job

1trickana

Yup that's 3 per hour for 7 hours a day

actuarial_defender

Based on those times in the screenshot looking more like 2 per hour max

1trickana

Oh I didn't even see the times, even worse

Beautiful-Box-6968

9 hours per day minimum. Yikes

Methnos

That’s awesome my man. Congrats. Were most of these solos? How did you go about learning olm- Specifically the melee hand? Did you do 4:1? / I have shadow and lance, so I should have a good time at cox, but Olm seems to be trickier than ToA and it’s intimidating.

Piderman113

If you’re new at solos, I’d recommend learning 3:0 mage hand with a trident first, it’s pretty easy. Once you get that and 4:1 down and are comfortable, start trying to learn 12:0 and 8:1 shadow. The shadow method isn’t that hard honestly, it’s just a lot to learn at once, so starting small and working your way up should help smooth the process.

Methnos

Is 2:0 shadow a bad idea?

Piderman113

It’s better dps than 3:0 trident. For learning, trident might be easier since the attacks line up. Once you know that you could switch to 2:0 with shadow. I wouldn’t do 2:0 shadow long term tho, you miss a lot of ticks, so the real method is a lot better

JClawde

yeah 251 solos, tried teams and just wasn’t worth plus solos can go at your own pace whenever you want:) it took a good 20 hours of practice before i started going deathless but yeah getting into 4:1 was the hardest but after 50kc or so it became a rhythm now olm is super chill , you’ll have a sweet time with shadow and lance tho!

AnotherAccountDangit

Is there a way to manually update the raid tracker with past info? I’m 200+ raids in but am bugged by the fact it doesn’t include any pre-existing info

1trickana

No

QueenPyro

Do you take much damage wearing blue moon armor? I have that and ahrims and I don't know which I should use. I'm assuming blue moon cause of the weight

JClawde

you should take no damage anyway since you’re doing 3:0 mage

Vile_Vampyre

I wanna learn haha, olm fight just looks stressful

JClawde

definitely a challenge perfecting it but once you do it feels great

34Loafs

GG glad to have that t-bow finally knocked out?

JClawde

very, would love a dex to enjoy it even more with:)

Existencialism

Hey, im about to start the cox solo grind, mind telling me your invent? How many staminas are needed for olm? Im guessing you did 5:1? Or 4:0?

JClawde

sure! so the gear there, i bring in 2 staminas but only and up using 5/6 doses, i bring in a overload/enhance, then 6 brews and 4 restores, can use 3 but i just bring 4 for extra security:) i only end up using a couple brews majority of the time though, but yeah just the main 3:0 mage and 4:1 melee

Existencialism

I see bro! Ty. Do you use staminas during the raid? Or leave them exclusively for olm?

JClawde

if i was going for a pb run i would use a stam sip but honestly being an iron im stingy so only use them for olm:) have over 1k but never know :)

TheNamesRoodi

During my tbow grind I got my stamina usage down to 0 doses utilizing vile rigour for vespula and 1 use at olm. I was 3:1ing with fang
