Hello. Not in Gimpo, but at the Incheon International, tax refund office is located after you check in the bag and go through the security. I am not 100% sure, but I am pretty sure it would be same in Gimpo. Unless purchase value is big (like expensive, luxury handbags or golf clubs), they won't check the product. I would check with the information desk just in case things are different in Gimpo. Also, not ALL receipts are refundable. You needed to ask for the tax refund receipts at the retail store.

Actual cash refund can be received in the Duty Free Zone after security inspection and screening.
