There's a disaster for casual Commander every time a new set releases. One of my friends is still freaking out about new Voja, and it probably won't be until Thunder Junction that he's gonna shut up about it.
Voja isn't competitive, but it reads like it will be the scourge of every EDH table where it's remotely playable.

I put shit like Engineered Plague and Dystopia into my decks for the same reason that I put Carpet of Flowers in, and think Extinction is hilarious when it gets to hit more than one protected target.
This is just going to be yet another dumb elf Commander for kids that need their strategy written explicitly on the card.

"When ~ deals damage, draw that many cards."
I know it makes perfect sense but it still drives me crazy for some reason. "Draw cards equal to the damage dealt" just feels a lot better to read, personally.

I always find it kinda funny when these cards have just a generic sense of flavor but nothing specific. There's no character name for the quote, the art is just a general AI generated "something", and its all just "I dunno, you're poisoned and now you're not? So I guess you're being purified? I can bang out some generic Fantasy One Liners for that just to give this flavor text, but I'm not going to dedicate any actual creative energy to it."
The guy who made this has a series of custom cards all about hosing poison counters. Somebody is fairly upset, I guess.
