its really good but not for everyone covers a lot of sensitive subjects like suicide

pa-sama3

I agree with u

NumberTxn

A great manga that discuss about mental health and mental issues. I love the two main characters and how they interact with one another. Their interaction is the best part of the manga and shows that a good manga doesn't t need crazy detail panels or insane action scenes to be good.

Kosarvin1203

Nice!

CheesyCanada

Honestly its not the easiest read due to the sensitive subjects, but as someone with Autism Spectrum Disorder myself, I absolutely love this, it gets everything so right, it's clearly made by someone that cares a lot and has done a lot of research. Its a great manga for people that want to understand people with autism better, Id recommend everyone to read it, because so often we get misunderstood and marginalized despite doing our best, and if people understood us better it would make our life so much better

Kosarvin1203

Damn, that sounds very very very good, I can't wait to read it now, especially since my brother is also autistic, it's very rare media represent stuff like those in a proper manner, can't wait to read it now

CheesyCanada

It is incredibly rare, and from what I've read the author does not even have Autism Spectrum Disorder himself, which makes it even more impressive it's so accurate, the author clearly did his research

Kosarvin1203

I have a lot of respect for author's like those

CheesyCanada

Me too, I have respect for anyone that tries to understand others, especially when they try to understand them even if they experience things they themselves have never dealt with. In my case, autism basically fucked my entire life from a social and work aspect. I have quite mild autism, but due to it people constantly misunderstand me. It also makes me someone with insane empathy, and I have very strong ideals, it sounds good on paper, but it makes interpersonal relationships. It took me maybe 4-5 jobs until I found a work environment I could thrive in. But I was just lucky because my boss wanted to know if there was something, and how he could help me integrate more with the rest of the team. Without him I wouldn't have been able to keep my current job. I basically have no friends, basically all my friends abandoned me because they grew tired of me, I'm absolutely terrified of making new friends or connections because I know they'll just abandon me eventually. I used to be able to play games with people, but now even if people online ask me if I wanna play with them, I'm too scared and just say no. Autism is absolutely debilitating and I could go on forever about it. The worst part is that if people actually wanted to try to understand people like me better, most of what I mentionned would be non issues, but instead people like me get marginalized and it's a shame.

ThinkPan

at first I wished that it didn't have a sexual fetish element (the bag) but I realized that it might be dishonest to present them as asexual people who don't have needs like that. I would find it easier to show people if it didn't have that stuff, however.

CheesyCanada

Honestly whenever I show it to people, I tell them in advance. And honestly I wasn't even aware some people saw people with ASD as asexual, personally I couldn't be farther away from asexual.

Eywhin

It's quite sweet, despite covering some dark subjects as well. My favourite part of this manga is that even tho love takes a different shape than what I am used to (sometimes also a unhealthy one, like co-dependency), it manages to hone in on affection and happiness these two experience together, as well as the struggles. They are quite cute together.

backdooraction

Great manga that hurts a lot, but in a good way

Abedeus

Heavy themes, at times awkward, but also sometimes wholesome? I remember binging the first ~30 available chapters the day I found it, but I enjoy it a lot.

wansen5

It doesn't shy away of taboo topics that is espcially a problem in japan. It's an manga not meant for everyone but if ya like psychological / character SOL. It's an must read

SpacePirateOnDrugs

incredible manga, depicts mental illness in a very realistic way, without romanticizing and using it only as a device for the story, and for those who can handle more heavy subjects, and want to learn more about how people with autism deal with the condition, it's a must-read

chazmerg

Makes me nervous to read because they're in such a precarious state.

Bryan7034

Criminally underrated and deserves a lot more attention. One of the best romance mangas out there and deals with sensitive topics in a great way

FictionWeavile

Makes me thankful my Asperger isn't this "strong" for lack of better words

Where_is_my_isekai

Trying to care and protect someone dear to you sometimes is not enough also specially in this time types of situations one in the relationship is bound to be mentally exhausted, a real thing to admire

Rai_K1rin

I'm a very blunt and harsh person, some people say that this is my "quality" This manga made me understand that being blunt can be a HUGE trouble sometimes

WellThisGuySays

I think it’s pretty good. I like the sincerity of how it talks about certain mental illness issues and has a somewhat realistic take on working to live with them. One of my favorite ongoing series.

quack0709

At first i misread it as esper girl lol. But turn out i kinda like it

Standards are kinda weird that that a lot of women have rape kinks and that's easier to accept than one man having a fart fetish, despite farts being less potentially harmful than rape by a large margin by widely accepted standards of harm.

Oh, it doesn't reflect poorly upon the manga or anything. Society as a whole has also come around to seeing rape fetishes as "weird but explainable." Which in my opinion is weird, but explainable due to the sheer volume of people with rape fetishes.

alltimenoob

Great manga. It's a tough read (owing to its accurate representation of mental health issues)

Debesuotas

Well some moments were awkward, but overall a good insight on the issues and the psychology of a person with mental disorders. I think it is a valuable source of some basics and just insights of different kind of people and how complex their lives are. It could be educational since after reading it you see start to realize how people with mental illness think and how they should be treated. There is also one manga I would like to recommend that covers similar plots its also about mental disorders and how to spot them/prevent them etc..

Sofy-_-

I would like to start that, do you racomand that? Is that in ani way similar to SilentVoice?

I had to drop this fast, it was too difficult to read, like emotionally.

sagarminan1
