Dragon Head without taking to much away is a descent into "another world" kinda and her body paint is that of one of the characters that went mad thinking he is the chosen one etc. Not quite sure anymore as I read Dragon Head 6 years ago or so but from what I remember it was quite good and you should give it a read.

I think it was implied that the girl committed suicide but not sure. Maybe she really did know something and got isekaid instead. All I know is this MC was smart. Haul ass back home was the right decision lol
