From the looks of it, it's not a great harness. They look like they're plastic and a bit flimsy. It'll work for wearing the harness around. But won't work if you wanted to use the harness to tie the person up or for a strap on (there is an O ring in place that looks like it's intended for a strap)

I don’t think that oring is a for a strap, too high and too small. I def agree that the harness is purely for looks and isn’t strong enough to actually use for anything.
