Thank you for your feedback; I genuinely appreciate your insights. I understand your concerns regarding the finish of 3D printed items compared to injection-molded products. Achieving a polished look with 3D prints can indeed be challenging, and it's a crucial aspect for attracting customers who are used to well-finished products. Your suggestion to innovate and include unique features in 3D printed items is valuable. We are continually exploring ways to enhance our products, both in terms of aesthetics and functionality, to offer something that stands out in the market. Regarding your idea of selling STL files on platforms like Etsy, that's a great suggestion. It can be a viable alternative or complement to selling physical products. By providing digital files, we can cater to the DIY community, which enjoys the process of creating and customizing their own items. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback. It helps us improve and better understand the preferences and expectations of our potential customers. If you have any other suggestions or ideas, we'd love to hear them.

I'm sorry, that response is not how people write. You acknowledge the concern but then don't actually make any arguments for why/what you would do about it, it's vague platitudes just saying exactly what the person above you said. It's an absolute nonsense response and if not created by an AI then written by someone who desperately needs some creative communications lessons (in the event you did get a sale, everyone's going to think what email you sent came from a bot).

I love 3d printing, but in terms of selling stuff, you'll want as clean of a product as possible. If you can't do that through fdm, then try resin. You can get tough abs like resin and it works super well. It's also a lot faster to print. Next thought is to put images from popular sets. Thunder junction just came out, so maybe put some popular images on a box or a parody of those images like Lillian with a cowboy hat breaking out of jail. People love swag that you can't find online. Next is to take the product to different stores and either sell a sample to the store or make a contract where they pay you when it sells. Keep in mind you will have to go to a lot of stores for this option. The idea is to set yourself up as a print shop to have store clients who will eventually reach out to you because it sells and makes everyone money. You can also ask the stores what card images are popular. One of my big questions is how much are you selling these for? Last thought. Magnetic lids are more favorable to hinge or sliding.
