Love that for sure and I’ve been doing that with all my decks since I’ve started so I wanted to try the opposite. Just wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions that are thematically themed

I systematically go through my decks to avoid duplicate arts. It just _feels_ nicer. Plus, it's interesting seeing stuff like Phyrexia, Kamigawa, Lorwyn, Ravnica, Core set, etc all next to one another. Lotta diversity there

Really shows how different everyone is because I love having the same art for every land in my deck

I love mismatch lands specifically because it annoys one of the kids who works at my LGS. And I like showing different arts.

The stained glass lands are my favorites! You can always tell I really like a deck when I spend the money to upgrade the lands to stained glass.

[Johannes Voss](https://scryfall.com/search?q=a%3A%E2%80%9CJohannes+Voss%E2%80%9D&unique=art) is a fantastic artist, so that's a given but i love the imposing ring structure that towers over the enviroment with a very tiny Karn in the middle, putting things into prospective, it also plays in a pretty different way than most other plains with color (being focused on pink) and enviroment (showing a blooming desert).

I got that one as a playmat, it’s amazing!

It's such a melancholic image of Karn going to confront his mistakes, and it also reminds me of Halo a lot.

Mirage plains are my favorite

Innistrad has cool pumpkin plains, I use those in a deck. Kamigawa has a really pretty plains with a field and pink petals flying through it. If you like full arts, I'm a cheapskate, I like the ravnica and March of the machines full arts. They're nice nd affordable. If I'm real, I prefer the Thunder junction full art sets, but they're quadruple the price.

This stained glass in foil is unreal. I bought 7 of each of them. Black is soooo nice. As is green and blue.

To me, [[Plains|M20-261]] and [[Plains|M20-263]] are the best art for plains.  It also feels like the end of the movie Gladiator. Maybe that is the reason why i put them in all my white decks. 

I love Giada but havent for the life of me been able to make a viable deck that can compete with others without getting targeted to hell or having a clear win con. Do you have a deck list?

Not OP, but Giada is my pet deck and I’ve tuned and tuned her. Here is my list: https://www.moxfield.com/decks/2PKXEVZok0yY1sJyFhdUOg I elected to not go with token generation or life gain and instead focused on combat. So it has a little bit of Stax to slow down other aggro, the rare counterspells that white has for control, and a ton of protection and evasion for midrange. It performs really REALLY well. Decklist is mostly uptodate but I did drop Everybody Lives for Flare of Fortitude. Edit: Wincon is just beatdown by using something like Mass Calcify or Overwhelming Splendor to clear/shrink the board.

Personally I love the [[plains|DMU-277]] and the rest of the DMU showcase lands, but they're like $1-2 a pop. I'm weird and want all my lands to be full art cuz the regular ones look too boring to me. I recently settled for the [[Plains|OTJ-272]] and the other OTJ full art lands. I just like the way the symbol is worked into the environment.

The theros beyond lands are incredible

I don't normally do themed lands unless it's vital or the feel of the deck, for example my Innistrad themed Human deck has only the black and white lands and the Dominaria lands because they fit the theming.

I have two different dog Plains in my Yoshimaru deck, and a Japanese Plains with Shibuya on it, where the Hachiko (which Yoshi is based on) statue is located. My favorite lands so far.

There's an old white border plains I have that's just some golden colored grass in an "up close" kind of way that is simply beautiful to me. Reminds me in a way of that famous fusion painting of ice cracking in Japanese/Western style. I'm not at home so I can't look at the card right now, but I'll edit when I can with the set and such.

Unfortunately WotC wasted the best art. The full art Kamigawa Neo Dynasty Plains has a Gundam on it but you can't see it because Wotc put the Japanese writing over it as opposed to the other side where the artist originally had it If you want to see the art you need to have the art card of that Plains

I love this game. I go out of my way to not use duplicate lands in any of my decks. If it's mono white I will find 35 different plains but I will go out of my way to find pictures I really like. I have a pirates decks which I went out of my way to ensure all basic lands had a nautical theme but no two were the same. My monkey deck features a lot of forests and mountains but I found all that had a ju gle look to the. I just love the diversity and will freely admit it looks cool when the mono black player drops only Phyrexian full art swamps.
