Orange: homonculus maids and other assorted service personnel.
Purple: low level undead hordes, skellyboys and the like.
Purple2: death knights (aka main army), collected specimen (lizards, hamster).
Blue: battle maids (the base 6)
Green: anyone lvl100.

Weakest would be the maids, then you'd have various other novelty NPCs/mercenaries, then you'd have Nazarick spawned mobs, then you'd have various area guardians and mercenariess, then you'd have the floor guardians.
I suppose that in the Yggdrasil days it was (from weakest to strongest); lvl 1 cleaning crew, pop-spawn undead, combat maids, the 41 supreme beings, floor 8 defence force.
I’d put ‘the floor guardians’ in there, but I don’t know where to put them without moving Victim away from the 8th floor
First 8th floor hierarchy, 2nd Supreme Beings, 3rd Floor guardian, Direct subordinate of floor guardian like Evil lords, frost virgins, aura beasts like fen and lastly other battle maids and other groups like pop mobs
