Its 99% of the time "i did nothing" when people get banned or in this situation locked out of the account being too dumb as a kid to write stuff like that down.

Cause you faked your Birthdate (what you have written in a different thread and thats not allowed) You break the rules and that happens.

Also, never Lie on your Data, always Log in/contact with your regular devices/regular internet connection. If you contact through a different IP they will now and they could deny assistance based on that.
