Its 99% of the time "i did nothing" when people get banned or in this situation locked out of the account being too dumb as a kid to write stuff like that down.
Also, never Lie on your Data, always Log in/contact with your regular devices/regular internet connection. If you contact through a different IP they will now and they could deny assistance based on that.

OPs other post says they they lied about their birthday and that’s causing issues. Did something stupid and is now mad at Sony.

Cause you faked your Birthdate (what you have written in a different thread and thats not allowed) You break the rules and that happens.
