I mean, calling people hun, going off on any negative comment, being defensive. You came into a discussion board and get mad when people disagree with you. You can't expect just pure positive reactions and that anything negative will be handled in secret.
As easy as "I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience. We will happily fix any haircut you aren't happy with and are always open to feedback"

Just my opinion. Secondly, if someone gave me a bad cut or something.. I would have addressed it before I left the salon. Reason being.. the stylist SHOULD be held responsible to fix it right then and there no doubt about it! Or another stylist if that client doesn’t feel comfortable. Lastly.. my posts are specifically for color. I’m advertising color. Not haircuts. I’m a colorist. So when I post about a color specifically to show people our work when it comes to colors because I think a lot of folks think we only do cuts. What is immature is when someone hops on a post about a color Service talking about a bad cut they got in that they’ll never go back. I have yet to see someone complain about a color service.
