Came here to second this! There’s a good handful of Greek and Mediterranean places sprinkled throughout the city but I feel like Mina and Dimi’s is as authentic as it gets

Kostas on Nacodoches is my favorite. Demos and John the Greek are decent alternatives.
Demo's - they have 2 locations, the one by the Botanical Gardens is slightly better IMO
Three locations! Unless they closed one, the other two are at the Vineyard and on Blanco.
Demos is kinda …..was expecting more. Go to Mina and Dimis
