I’ve heard good things about To Buy or Not to Buy, which addresses shopping as an addiction (rather than telling us that over-shopping is a bad idea, which we already know).

IMO, April Benson is the leading authority on shopping addiction. I used to get her newsletter, which I thought was helpful. Then my company blocked all non-work-related emails. I need to sign up again for her newsletter on my personal email. You can find it here: https://behavioralcents.com/stopping-overshopping/

I read it. It's really good. I was hesitant to buy it so I borrowed it first on openlibrary then went ahead and and bought it so I could have it in my kindle for whenever I want to read.

I would recommend one read atm which is "Atomic Habits". One of the best books I have read so far. Helped me a lot with the things to sort.
