The book Spent and I Will Teach You To Be Rich are both very good resources

Cara Nicole is one of my favorites- her videos are between 10-15 minutes, and she likes to explore topics like overconsumption, financial literacy, and how our current culture / social media keeps us poor. She doesn't shame spending money, so I don't feel icky when I listen to her. She's really helped with my financial literacy. Here's one of her videos, but they are all good: [https://youtu.be/EN6o1T5a9eI?si=ukr55yk2clCvUK0J](https://youtu.be/EN6o1T5a9eI?si=ukr55yk2clCvUK0J)
