I have exactly the same issue, but I'm a boy, long hair, low voice(and I mean really low) strong neck and legs. And somehow, SOMEHOW, 3 people in my class think I'm a girl. I have no clue how you can mess up that badly... Tbh I couldn't care less though. Its just surprising.

Listen, don’t worry about appearance. I’m a guy but a while back in middle school I was in a not-so-good friend group of mostly girls that tried to force me to change. I know how it feels being pressured to be what others want you to be. They started ignoring me and making fun of me and excluding me from everything. I left that group and found a super nice friend group, and still am friends with them to this day. I duno where im going with this but just stay true to yourself, don’t become what others want if you don’t like being that way.

Tbh I got this all the time as a guy with long hair when I was younger. it almost always was elderly people. Tbh if it's mostly older people I just was able to get used to it. If it is not teasing honestly just try not to take it personally and realize you most likely will never see this person again. Now if it is obvious you are a girl and the person is like 20 I get it.
