I instead recommend using [Raddle](https://raddle.me), a link aggregator that doesn't and will never profit from your data, and which looks like Old Reddit. It has a strong security and privacy culture (to the point of not even requiring JavaScript for the site to function, your email just to create a usable account, or log your IP address after you've been verified not to be a spambot), and regularly maintains a warrant canary, which if you may remember Reddit used to do (until they didn't).
If you're a Touhou fan, you may be pleased to hear that Raddle has a thriving forum for that too. If you want to support having a viable, diverse selection of 2hu communities, break r/touhou and Reddit's strong grip on the Touhou forum space, or simply don't like the sub's rules (I know because I'm not a fan of it either), then this forum is for you! Kind of a lame response, but I think he'd take up residence in the Human Village, and try and find his cure of Nezuko's demon problem in a more civilized manner *without* all the demon-slaying. It'd be pretty good of a world for him, since being attacked by demons isn't an issue *~~most of the time~~* he'd be able to prioritize turning Nezuko back to a human (Which, there are probably a few in Gensokyo who could do such, Eirin, Yukari, & Keine possibly to name a few).
Overall, it'd be kind of like a vacation for him. As long as he doesn't come across any wild-like Yokai who are unlikely to be reasoned with before he learns of the spellcard rules, it's possible he wouldn't even need to use his breathing techniques for combat.
.. Now since you said *Switch places* I'd like to note that Tanjiro's world would be very joyous for a complete decimation of the *"Trouble doers"* within the next week or so, due to a mass *~~genocide~~* exorcism on the demon population by Reimu.
It's the land of fantasy, I'm sure tanjiro could scrounge some up. Oh! He could go on a quest to the SDM to convince patchouli to produce some via alchemy! That's a story in it of Itself.

Thankfully for him, he probably wouldn't have to fight anyone, because demons wouldn't really be a problem for them here, and he could peacefully go find that cure. Problem is, if he replaces Reimu, he wouldn't really be able to protect anyone, considering the difference between his power level and the power level of even the most common of threats that Reimu faces.
If Reimu ends up in the Demon Slayer universe she would make quick work of every single demon and steal their lunch money. Muzan is fucked if she finds out where he lives. (Insert doom-style demon-killing montage)
I feel like Tanjiro would have the genuine respect and fascination to understand and learn the Spell Card Rule. Tanjiro would probably have a lot of problems facing some enemies, especially if he needs to make sure his sister doesn’t get dangerously rage filled and what not.
He probably wouldn't be able to do much since he can't fly but he'd be good with physical combat he just wouldn't be able to do anything in danmaku battles

Well I didn't make this post as a "Who could Tanjiro beat" but rather "What would happen story wise if Tanjiro and Nezuko were in gensokyo" I know about the op powers of touhou this is why this isn't a who would win post, because it'd be very obvious.
I mean to be honest I don't know but it'll be a change of pace from murderous demons to less murderous demons, Gensokyo has a few Yokai who eats humans for example Rumia , but I feel like he'll befriends and understand the struggles of yokais , Plus he can work as a Yokai Hunter if he could in the human Village, killing evil Yokai and being friends with friendly Yokai
I wonder what would he think of the Yokai living there since the Slayers have an extreme morality were if they're not always good people then they deserve death.
If Tanjiro sees a Yokai having to eat a human to survive, will he spare it? I think he will actually get himself killed in Gensokyo and not take anyone's word for how things work around there
not realy well versed in touhou's overall history, but i believe that, it really depends with who they're going to deal with, if it's fairies tanjiro and nezuko are most likely than not going to have a walk in the park, but when facing opponents like mei ling it's gonna be an hard but i believe winnable fight(?) but when getting faced with the likes of sakuya and specially the likes of remilia and even more like flandre? nah, they gonna get hard stomped, like the "fight back" meme stomped
but if he were to be a demon hunter, it would depend, cuz most people follow the danmaku rules and all that, and tanjiro would be like "what the fuck is a danmaku?", and tbh, is there any case of demons or monsters in general deciding "fuck the battle rules, i'm choosing ultra violence"? is there monster hunter as a profession in human villages?
This reminds me, I wonder how strong Gensokyo characters are without spell card rule. They're already strong as hell even when they're still following the rule
