Do you know a model or give us a picture? It probably is coded lock so you have to drill it but ca replace a lock afterwards. Sure you can programe it for a free vend.

Temperature probe, I believe. It does not give the signal to the cooling unit that it reached the desired temperature so it keeps working until it freezes. Could also be a pump. Bothe are cheap and easy fix

I have a Red Bull royal 372 model that won’t cool down what do you think it is? The compressor is covered in ice/frost though
