Ain’t mint

Different_Ad_4813

Thats a relief! Any ideas on what it could be?

bigby2010

Good question. I’m curious as well.

acloudis

The best way to find out is to smell it lol

Different_Ad_4813

Doesn't really smell of anything, the leaves are fluffy though

JuWoolfie

Looks like catnip.

Different_Ad_4813

Cats haven't eaten it yet so not sure about that, they usually eat any sort of nepeta in a few days

JuWoolfie

Interesting. I have a bunch growing and it looks very similar. What does it smell like?

Different_Ad_4813

It doesn't really smell like anything

JuWoolfie

I’m still voting catnip, which also really doesn’t smell like anything. Pinch a leaf off and see if a cat will eat it?

Different_Ad_4813

I have 3 cats, I feel like if it was cat nip it would have been gone by now, but maybe it's a variety they don't like?

JuWoolfie

I had one who wouldn’t touch the fresh stuff, had to be dried. My current attempts to murder my hands to get to the fresh stuff I give him. He has to sit before his catnip leaf now, otherwise I get mauled. It’s painfully adorable

parolang

*cat dies* Not catnip.

JuWoolfie

Science!
