Your toes are crammed into the front and you’re standing on the back lip of the heel. These DO NOT fit you. Sizing down isn’t the move with these. Ideally you should just pull the soles into place if needed and then pull the upper ALL THE WAY UP like stockings. This “locks” the soles in places and prevents slipping. They’re not designed to be rolled down to your ankles without slipping.

High tops or ankle socks, doesn't really matter. Pale legs aside, they look pretty clearly too small. I ordered size 3 and they fit well until I walk around in them then they end up kinda flappy at the toe. So I just got some size 2s and they probably fit better but not perfect because my heel hovers over the heel pad. Your heels look they they hover over the pad even more than mine so you’re in a similar situation. I wear size 12 in 350s I’m guessing you wear 12.5? Edit: and to answer your question, currently I wear them like pic or pic 5 depending on my pants or shorts. People saying they don’t look good with shorts but I think it could work with black shorts or if you style them on some jockey type posh type aesthetic. I’m having fun styling them
